Hello and welcome. My name is Anita Burroughs, Certified Vegan Nutritionist, Attorney, and Founder of Cancer LifeSkills and Vegan LifeSkills.
In 2010, I was diagnosed with a second cancer—an experience that deeply transformed my approach to health, wellness, and nutrition. This space was created for individuals who are interested in learning about, exploring, or maintaining a vegan lifestyle.
While I am not a medical doctor, I offer both individual and group coaching, cooking classes, and speaking engagements designed to educate and empower others on their wellness journey. Here, I share what has personally helped me as I strive each day to make healthier choices and support my body in functioning as it was designed to.
